Here is the plaque with Warren and Ann Axtell's children, Jonathan, Matthew (back), and Nathanael, giving an idea of the size of the plaque. These two photos from about 1988 are courtesy of Warren.

The plaque is on the lawn in front of the First Parish Church in Sudbury Centre. The church is at the intersection of Route 27 and Concord Road. There is a set of traffic lights at this corner. You want the older church on the the northwest corner of the intersection. (This photo is from 1997.)
